Position Description

Sales Associate

USA BABY in Houston is now looking for experienced Sales Associates for our 2 locations in West and North Houston. The ideal candidate is someone who can fulfill the following responsibilities:

* Proven sales experience
* Monitor sales floor to drive sales and and maintain customer focus
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Holds self accountable for all USA BABY standards of performance and behavior
* Control store shrink through loss prevention measures and effective inventory management
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends


Job Requirements

* One-two years of prior sales experience prefered.
* High school diploma required.
* Bilingual Spanish a plus!
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
